In the past week , two seemingly inter related events have shown how badly an efficient whistle-blower act is needed. In one of the biggest blot on democracy. The three MP's who exposed cash for votes scam have themselves been sent to jail. While no action has been taken against any member of ruling coalition. Amar Singh who is now on sidelines has been made escape goat. In such a rotten system investigative agencies have announced a reward of Rs 5 lakhs to anyone who provides clue for Delhi HC blast. The greatest factor guiding actions of individuals is concern for their safety. Who could trust such a system where even members of parliament are not even safe.
