AMRI Hospital

Yesterday a very bad tragedy occurred in West Bengal. 90 people perished in fire in AMRI hospital of Kolkata. But what has followed after the tragedy, i find more appalling and indicative of extent of rot within our system. The fire was accidental and lessons need to be taken to ensure such incidents are not repeated in Kolkata, West Bengal or anywhere in the country. But only thing that has been done is that board of directors of the hospital had been sent to jail on charges of culpable homicide. This is simply ridiculous that directly board of directors of the hospital who do not manage day to day functioning of the hospital, have been arrested. But what makes it pathetic is the fact that this hospital was supported by the Left party. Jyoti Basu breathed his last in this hospital only. Mamta Banerjee has leveraged even this tragedy to seek vendetta against left loyalist. Just like he used maoists and Tata Nano issue for her personal gains. People of Bengal rise up a sick idiot ruling you. Don't wait to become Bihar.
