Even when a vaccine is available it will take some time to provide all people in the world. People would riot to get the vaccine as there will not be any cure.  Current flu vaccines provide immunity for only around one year. Vaccine for coronavirus will be the same. It will provide immunity for some time then you would have to take vaccine again.
