1 if you have decided to form a daily habit be it anything exercise etc. If you admonish yourself for missing a day. What you are really telling yourself is that you have lost the habit. It is difficult to get back on track. If instead you tell yourself you got a break and your precious habit is with you. Then on next day instead you are extra motivated to protect your precious habit. 2 it is not possible to please everyone as everyone has so different point of view. What action may look good to one, may look bad to others. Everyone has different level of understanding of facts of situation. You cannot explain everything to everyone. Most people just want to judge not understand. In such a situation, all it matters is your conscience. We must strive to understand all facts and given the facts have a clean conscience of our own.
