The Memory

Today something interesting happened. We got alert that some people are planning to detonate bomb in the city. A suspect was brought in for questioning. 

First, we tried standard third-degree treatment but he didn't say a word. 

We had no choice but to try a novel technology. 

He was plugged into our new memory extraction machine. 

The machine is like an MRI machine. It extracts all the memory of a person in a video format. The memory of a typical person is huge. 

The machine produced video of length of many days for the suspect. It was further fed into an AI to extract portion of videos that contained memory of the planting of bombs.

The AI extracted ten different videos of the planting of bombs. All at different places but at the same time and date. 

To safeguard their secret, their organization has implanted nine different fake memories in his brain. 

Only one of them can be genuine. 

The suspect was wearing a Rolex watch at the time of arrest. But in only one of the videos he was wearing a Rolex watch, in other videos he was wearing different watches. That way we identified his real memory and got the location of the bomb. 

Hectic day but successful
