Amount of time spent polishing the work is inversely proportional to value of work

Nobody dares berates doctor for bad handwriting. Even when legible handwriting is so important

I had worked with consulting teams who will spend days just beautifying their presentation. Then the whole team will congratulate themselves for their hard work.

Since senior management don't have time to understand all the things. There are chains of hierarchy polishing the work instead of adding anything meaningful

Now with modern llms which can make very good report or presentation. This whole system is under strain. How do you show who is boss when you have nothing to add.

Hence many of these companies ban external AI in name of made up excuses
